Our China Factory – Hung Kiu Wear Ind. (HuiZhou) Ltd. is a brand new building. We moved to these new facilities in May 2000. There are one main factory building and 2 dormitory buildings. This modern factory has 1,200 workers. Since samples are important and critical for futures orders, we have 28 skillful workers in our sample room. Our sample production (salesman samples) lead-time is usually from 7 to 12 days. We have 6 large cutting beds for cutting of wide width fabrics. All paper pattern and grading of size are precisely and promptly done by our computerized paper pattern system (P.A.D). The total sum of sewing machines and special machines in our factory are around 1000 units, which give rise to our current production capacities. All workers are well trained and managed with skillful hands to meet our customers’ high quality standards. We have 6 excellent laundry-partners, who are able to perform and handle all kinds of basic and fashionable washes.
